Praise the Lord for His Word, P.C.

”This is my story, this is my song, Praising my savior all the day long.” (Hymns 308) This has truly been my story since I have come to the Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA). My heart is full of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord for bringing me here. What a wonderful place!!! I am so thankful that there is a place set apart from all the distracting things in the world where I can give two years of my life to focus entirely on our Lord Jesus and His economy (Ephesians 3:9). I have to testify that nearly everyday I praise the Lord for allowing me to come here to the FTTA.

The top reason for my praises to the Lord is for the unlimited light and truth I have received from the word of God through the ministry of Witness Lee and Watchman Nee. Day after day, class after class, and throughout my study times the inner eyes of my heart have been enlightened and I have been unveiled to see so much more of the riches in the Word. One hymn from the Living Stream Ministry Hymns book has touched me regarding the study of the word of God. Stanza one says, “We limit not the truth of God to our poor reach of mind, by notions of our day and sect, crude, partial and confined. Now let a new and better hope within our hearts be stirred: the Lord hath yet more light and truth to break forth from His word.” I have realized that the Lord has more light and more truth to reveal to me in His Word. The more I study Watchman Nee and Witness Lee's ministry, the more the Bible is opened to me in a fresh, living, and solid way. I just thank the Lord for stirring a new and better hope within my heart. I can no longer limit the Lord in His word with my poor reach of mind. Our God is inexhaustibly rich. Since He is the Word, then therefore, the Word is inexhaustibly rich. So, day by day, I continue my story of praising my Savior.
